Gann Hydromette indicates moisture in most building materials such as wood, concrete, tiles, plaster and more. Like most moisture indicators, Gann sends a signal into the material. Material properties such as density and, above all, moisture affect this signal, and you can thus easily and quickly track changes in moisture, without having to poke holes in or destroy the material.
