With thin, easily replaceable cutting wheel and 4 needle-bearing and stainless steel rollers equipped with grooves for cutting close to the collar. The cutter has a constant length even in the fully open position. Retractable and removable deburring tool. Extra cutting wheel supplied, stored in the handle.
