The Leica DigiMouse is a small, battery-powered signal generator that can be attached to a drain hose. The hose, together with the DigiMouse, is inserted into the drain to be located. The Leica DigiMouse generates a 33 kHz signal that a cable locator, such as the Leica DigiCat 550i, can locate.

The Leica DigiMouse is powered by an AA battery with a lifespan of approximately 30 hours. It weighs 250 grams and has dimensions of 150 x 40 mm.
