Reservations

Geofix AB makes the following reservations regarding purchases in our webshop, via telephone or email.

Please note that pricing and information, such as text and product images, in our webshop are preliminary. Final binding information and price information are provided by our order recipients after you have accepted our general terms and conditions and the final order confirmation has been sent to your email. If the price information or information about a product listed on our website is incorrect and you realized or should have realized this, the price or information will not apply to the purchase. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible. We gratefully accept information about any incorrect information in our web shop.

We also reserve the right to cancel the order if the product changes or price adjustments from the manufacturer or supplier are not known to us and have taken place after the product was published in our webshop. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We always try to offer the customer an alternative or another solution as compensation for this.

Important information to our international customers

Your order confirmation from the webshop will be specified with Swedish VAT (VAT). Please disregard this, as it will be corrected once the order enters our invoicing system.

Our freight charges only apply to orders delivered within Sweden. Please contact us for more information.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send Geofix AB a clear and unambiguous notice of your decision to withdraw from the agreement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). Withdrawal forms are available for download on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website .

In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient for you to send your notice that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Payment method

We have the following payment methods

• Invoice. See our rules for invoice customers below.
• Payment by cash on delivery (cash on delivery). A fee of 120 SEK + VAT will be added.
• Advance payment. You can choose to pay the purchase price to our bank account: 298-4169.

Invoice customer

• Business customers: Registered and approved business customers* can purchase against invoice 30 days net. A standard credit check is performed with each purchase.
• Private customers: Registered and approved private customers* can purchase against invoice 10 days net. A standard credit check is carried out with each purchase.
• All new customers who purchase more than SEK 5,000 excluding VAT must pay by cash on delivery, or alternatively by advance payment.

* Registered and approved customers are all customers who have purchased from us previously and who have fulfilled their payment obligations.

Reservation of ownership

Retention of title: The title to sold goods is reserved by Geofix AB until the goods are paid for in full. The customer is therefore not entitled to transfer or resell the sold goods before they are paid for in full. If the customer does not comply with the payment terms, Geofix AB reserves the right to repossess the goods.

Assignment of claim: Geofix AB reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under this agreement.

Financing

Financing for corporate customers - For amounts exceeding 20,000 SEK, you can choose Financing or Leasing through our collaboration with Wasa Kredit.

Guarantee

We provide a warranty according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

• Always save the receipt or invoice as these must always be presented for the warranty to apply.
• Geofix AB reserves the right to repair or replace the product during the warranty period.
• The warranty applies to normal use.
• Always contact us before warranty action.

Personal data management

Personal information provided when registering an order is treated confidentially and is only used to send the order to the correct address. No information is disclosed to third parties without the customer's consent. All in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL).

Effect of exercising the right of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (but this does not include additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

In any case, the refund will not cost you anything, provided that the item is returned to us in undamaged and unused condition.

Instructions for completing the form

1. The following options should be entered:

a) In the case of a purchase agreement: "when you or a third party, other than the transport company, that you specify, takes physical possession of the goods".

b) In the case of contracts relating to several goods ordered by the consumer in one and the same order and delivered separately: "when you or a third party, other than the transport company, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the last good".

c) In the case of a contract for a good consisting of several items or parts: "when you or a third party, other than the transport company, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the last item or part".

d) In the case of agreements regarding the regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time: “when you or a third party, other than the transport company, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the first goods”.

2. You should enter your name, your geographical address, and, if applicable in your case, your telephone number, fax number and your email address.

3. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have sent proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

4. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the expiry of this fourteen-day period.

5. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
